What's on the menu for everyone today??
Blane's idea of pizza on game day sounds much more fun than leftovers! So, I'm headed in that direction too.

Chinese chicken fingers with sweet and sour sauce.....probably some soy/sesame broccoli as the veggie. He won't eat the broccoli---that leaves more for me

Making two rotissiere chickens on the grill today (will use leftovers for salads). Asparagus and corn on the cob on the side.

Everything sounds so good, and Denise, your dinner sounds like a mystery box challenge.
We're going to split a Cubano for lunch. Dinner is an antipasto pizza for me, a four pepper pizza for CA.

We have pizza on the menu for Tuesday. Tonight, dinner is poblanos stuffed with brown rice, chicken, cheese, cilantro and salsa.
