Wow, were these good - I had about 2/3 of a potato leftover, so sliced it thru and baked them at 400° for a few minutes and they came out some of the best flavored 'fries' I've had.
I'll probably make an extra one each time, just for leftovers.

C@H recipe but I just winged mine.
