I've got banana bread pancakes on the menu, but chicken cutlets sound better. It will be a dinner time decision.

Tony is still in Austin so I think I will treat myself to a blackened chicken burrito from Taco Mesa. Several years ago it was awarded Sunset Magazine's Best Burrito in the country.

It's amazing how humbling it is to have limited use of a limb. Hope the time passes quickly, Jean.
Since the recent "resurrection" of my birthday burrito dinner, it's been on my mind. So, that's dinner tonight! Can't wait!

Isn't that the truth Jean. I will never again get impatient with a someone walking slowly across a crosswalk. I have no idea if they have a back issue, hip issue, ankle issue, etc.
I know how slowly I was walking when I first got my cast off.

OH my, what a great pizza - deep fried l/o shrimp & onion rings, spicy sausage, creole sauce, lots of cheese (too much, but it was so good!)
