Might have to be take-out tonight unless I think of something easy to make in my two hour window this afternoon. Think I will go look at the suggestions everyone listed for Jean.

More burritos here. This time it's grilled carne asada, rice and avocado.
This is the recipe I'm going to try.

We're doing a semi-birthday dinner for my younger son. His birthday was yesterday, but he wants to go to
Gunshow for his birthday dinner. It's a real challenge to get reservations there. You need to book exactly 30 days in advance in order to book a table for 6, so we'll be going some time in March!
However, it really is an amazing experience and worth the effort to get in.
Tonight's dinner is grilled steak with roasted jalapeno chimichurri and with salsa criolla, because I was feeling indecisive. We'll also have twice-baked potatoes and grilled brussels sprouts with hot honey and parmesan. I made the hot honey with half of a habanero. The flavor is exactly what I wanted, so the sprouts should be delicious.

I've smoked honey, but I'm thinking I need to add 'hot' to it also!!

Jean, you really should! It's a really fun flavor profile to play with, but I think the habanero is my favorite.
