Have I got a sauce for you. Made this in 5 minutes tonight to top grilled swordfish and grilled (planked) mahi mahi with. So simple and and so decadent. Even tasted good on the yellow rice. I think it would go great with most white fish and shellfish. Would even work on sauteed chicken.

Thanks, Trixxee! We recently made the Flounder Piccata from Issue 103 recently which is very much like this minus the cream. We loved it!
