What's for dinner???
Leftovers here from yesterday's family dinner. Brisket, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and something green.

Tony found a recipe for a chicken and thai basil stir fry. I'm going to add a lot of veggies. Hold the rice.

That sounds really good, T. Do you have the recipe handy for the chicken dish you just made?

Maryann - here is the french onion chicken recipe as well as the thai chicken stir fry from last night. Both very good.

For the french onion, we just used shredded parmesan, I skipped the other cheeses.

Tonight I'm making shrimp over creamed corn again, it was that good a few weeks ago. Plus, it comes together in a flash which is good for me on Tuesdays.
