What's for Dinner? Monday 2/1/2021

I was just going through some old posts here. Boy there sure are some terrific recipes and info. I ran across Molto Manicotti and want to make that for dinner this week. Tonight though, we are having Creamy Chicken Enchiladas. Not a C@H recipe, but a goodie to say the least. I cant seem to get a photo uploaded. Not sure what that's about.
