Did we decide????

Hey guys,
Did we decide on our next online dinner? I think we did decide to do the beef bourg., but I'm not certain on dates and such.

I think we are supposed to post the review on May 22nd. I don't know what, if any, sides were proposed, but my family loves Boeuf Bourg. I'm ordering the chuck from the butcher tomorrow..that and the beef knuckle..never used one of those.
