I served the Saturday Summer Strata for breakfast yesterday and DH and company loved it! It was very good. I can see using spinach, shredded chicken, and feta in the near future.
I also made the Summer Fruit Tart and served as part of the dessert selection for our 4th celebration. It was enjoyed by all. It makes a beautiful presentation.
I hope to try the corn cakes soon.
