Was goofing around with ground beef this weekend, took my normal meatloaf and fired up the char-broil smoker this weekend. Cooked it in there with hickory chips in the smoke box and charcoal for the fire.
What an incredible dish the added smoke turned the meatloaf into, I love meatloaf to begin with, but with that smoke added in it was just magic.
