Re: (...)
I know we have done this before, but some newer recipes are coming up as some favorties or real winners. I am curious what recipes you would rate an 8, 9, or 10 - or just on your "go to list".
10's for me there are three.
The Indian Chicken breast 2003 Issue 40
Weiner Schnitzel Issue 49
Chicken Parmesan Roulades 2006 Issue 57
9's
Basic Meatballs Issue 35
Island Pork Tenderloin #44
Mustard BBQ Sauce
Pimento Cheese burgers
8's
Skinny Meatloaf
Pork Roulades
Saltimbocca Chicken breast
Lasagna Soup
Sausage Minestra Soup
Sausage Stuffed Portabello mushrooms
Chicken and Artichokes
Blackberry Cobbler
I know there are more, but those are the ones off the top of my head. I have made them many times. Two that I have not made, but have had that were definately on the 9's list are the coconut prawns and the pork wellington.

Of the things I've tried, these are the ones I've either repeated or will repeat in the near future. Rememeber, I've not been here that long. Getting them in order was difficult, but I think I got it. Now, if you add recipes from members too, the list would be quite a bit longer!
Chicken Parmesan Roulades
Mushroom Pork Marsala
Meatloaf Muffins
Skinny Meatloaf
Molto Manicotti (I'm not sure if that's how it's listed in the mag?)
Ratatouille Chicken Thighs
Pork Wellingtons
Thai Chicken Skewer Wraps
Chicken Linguine with Candied Grape Tomatoes

You know we haven't had even one bad recipe from CAH! The recipes always get great reviews in my house. The only thing that I can remember not being crazy about was a gravy that I made for a roasted turkey (can't remember which issue it was) but the flavors weren't good and it came out WAY too thick!
Among my favorites are: Chicken Piccata
Pork Wellington (made this for Easter, it was a HUGE hit!)
Cream Horns (#63, made this for Easter too. Yummy!)
I'll have to think about the rest of my list....

Oh the pork wellingtons yes!!
Stuffed Filets from # 54
When the magazine is dog earred, drops or dollops of stuff on it, pages crinkled, oil spots...ah..now that's a good issue.
From the issue with the Pimento hamburgers..the coke brined chicken!
Oh and the BLT Pasta was a huge hit here.
Issue #61 -
Latin Empanadas. Those were sooo good. My fav from this one was the Latin Spiced Steak. Good lord I had to go back to the store and get another steak to make more for the next day
Issue # 65
Balsamic pork tenderloin and lol the apple-tini on the back cover
And who can forget #57...Italian Steak Sandwich with Gorgonzola mayo?!?!
And now I have my menu planned out for the week Hahah
Good thread!

This is cool for me so that I can see which volumes I want and/or recipes I'd like to request. Thanks Erin!
