Cool!
If blueberry muffins have blueberries in them, what do vegan muffins have?

Thanks Barbara! I love his technique on the baguettes! But, but....what is he using to bake/proof them on/in? Although, I DO have my baking pan coming...tomorrow? So I guess, no worries.

I look forward to watching more! Thanks again!

Daphne, looks like a pastry cloth that he 'ruffles' between each loaf...good idea.

It sure does...and a VERY good idea. I can't wait to try his shaping method with my next bread.

The cloth is called a Baker's Couche, I found one in The Baker's Catalogue # 6222 for $21.95.

go to http://www.kingarthurflour.com/shop

or call 1-800-827-6836 to get on the mailing list for the catalogue.

Thanks, Barbara! That is a really cool trick! I wish I had known when I ordered my baguette pans! I also wish I had had the foresight to add some bulk yeast, too! DUH! ANYWAY, I'm hoping I can do my final proof in my pans.
