Found a hunk of chuck in the clearance bin yesterday, so I'm making the Beef stroganoff from the SlowCooker book along with the b. sprouts w/bacon.
What's everyone up to?

I got so excited about my birthday review dinner, I am going to try to find beef short ribs and make that tonight. If not, it might be leftovers.

We're going to attend the "Butt Wiggling 101" workshop in a couple of weeks.

We're having "Galumpies" (cabbage, ground turkey and rice rolls)with brown sugar sauce. It'd go great with beer but there are only 2 left
