I loved the "tip" in Tips & Timesavers to use a cooling rack on the baking sheet to bake the biscotti the second time. I usually try to stand each slice up on the sheet but invariably they would fall like a line of dominoes as I placed them in the oven.
Also keeping gravy warm using an insulated carafe.
