Wow! I really had a fun day in the kitchen yesterday. I went to bed exhausted, but happy.

First I made a Spice Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting.

Then I made two loaves of the Savory Zucchini Bread from [Email]C@H[/Email] Fresh & Fabulous.

Then I made the Black Eyed Pea Dip . Man this was great!

Then I started on the Low Country Smothered Pork Chops

And braised them in Green Peppers, Onions and Garlic

All this effort paid off in one happy little boy!
