Help! How do I post photos?

We're home from California and I'd like to post some photos, but I can't make it work. I'm feeling a bit incompetent....how hard can this be??? I've got them uploaded to Photobucket, but it's just not working. Please help. TIA!

this thread gets me through every time. but I really think it should be easier. I have no problem with facebook, but this requires extra steps.
