I have about 10 years of Cuisine at Home and without an index I go nuts. Can anyone tell me where the pork loin rubbed with sage is? It was a big winner here.

There is now an index found on the customer service page. You have to log in using your account number found on the paper cover that comes on your magazine. If you don't have that, scroll down and you can log on using your email and mailing address info. The Online Index is found on the left navigation bar. It's the last thing listed under My Service Options.

Now for your recipe. Here's what I found:

Sage Advice About Pork

Cuisine at Home No. 77 (October 2009), pages 38-39

Here's how you can serve perfectly tender, moist pork. Follow our simple techniques, use a moderate cooking temperature, and add just a touch of the ideal herb.

Sage-Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Apple-Thyme Compote

Cuisine at home No. 72 (December 2008), page 33

Roasting pork loin

Cuisine at home No. 59 (October 2006), pages 6-11

A fancy, yet easy presentation, enticing sage muffins, and fabulous sauce all add up to a perfect "10" on the dinner table.

Do any of these look familiar? Good luck!
