T.G.I.F. Dinner, 6/24?

It's the 24th of June already??? And, we've had, what, 4 days of summer weather? BIG WHOOPEEE!

Anyway, what's on everyone's menu for today?

We're having plain old delicious hamburgers using a couple of the buns from yesterday, unless the sweet potato buns call our names today.... Hmmm, swt. tato fries - overkill??

Thank you, Daphne, for posting this since I'm late responding. I make this all the time, but without the chicken and just use it as a side dish with some kind of fish.

So, dinner tonight has changed. I went to Sam's Club and got some wild sockeye salmon. So, we will grill that, glaze with teriyaki, and have jasmine rice and broccoli.

We're having Chicago-style deep dish pizza, assuming my previously frozen dough warms up and starts doing it's thing. I pulled it out a bit late, but I think we'll be okay.
