What's on everyone's menu for today?

I'm making a zucc/crookneck squash pizza and play with the lemon-pepper dough also.

Considering making an "island pork tenderloin" salad that I haven't made in quite some time. If I don't get to it tonight because of a change in plans, it'll happen tomorrow.

Our girls are making dinner at Heather's tonight, so asked us to come. They are making a baked pasta dish and some marinated vegetables, and I'm taking sausage and peppers.

If that's the salad from Epicurious, it's delicious, and we haven't had it in a long time either. Thanks for the reminder!

I'm not sure if we're going out or eating in. If we stay in, dinner will be something easy...probably burgers or patty melts.

Thank you, Pioneer Woman - this is going in the next book!

P.S. forgot to mention - I used Sourdough pizza dough, I'm loving this one more and more.

Glad you said what the toppings were. They looked like Dr. Scholl's.

Seriously, that sounds like a great combination to go with a pesto base instead of a tomato base. YUM!
