Just watched Eat Streets - one of the featured locals was "Skillet", a gourmet food truck in Seattle (in a converted Airstream trailer). Their top burger was grass fed beef on a beautiful bun with Bacon Jam and Cambazola cheese. I must send Bob to the store tomorrow. I must have that burger! OMG!!!
You only live once . . . but if you do it right once should be enough!
