What's for dinner today??

Found a great sale on red and yellow bell peppers, so stocked up and roasted lots of them, but kept some out. So, we're having stuffed peppers today.

No clue what we're having tonight. Looking through past issues for inspiration. (and my birthday dinner menu!)

Mare, remember those individual tomato tarts we made one time, the ones with a lot of butter in the crust? I used the same ingredients, pesto, roasted tomatoes and cheese. Lovin my new oven!

Ah. That worked. Wow, that looks delicious! Is that recipe in the forum, somewhere?

Simple really, piecrust, basil pesto (but I bet Jeans serrano pesto would work great here too), roasted tomato slices. Bake for @20min @400

But...you also mentioned cheese? Are there any eggs in this? I don't remember the recipe.
