What's on the menu for everyone??

Our dinner planned for yesterday - that we didn't have. AND, 'sunshine & wine'

Too funny Jean, I also didn't cook what was planned for the same reason, too much "sunshine & wine". I took the ground beef that I was going to use on the Hungarian meatballs and made a BLT cheeseburger.

Tonight's meal will be carne asada burritos with a side of Mexican Corn & tomato salad.

About every three months or so my husband makes up a huge batch of marinara sauce and meatballs and then we have plenty to freeze. Today is the day!

That sounds divine Bill & Jane!

Change of plans - Canadian bacon is in the smoker along with a pan of bourbon beans and apple & hickory smoke.

I have some chicken thawing in the fridge - for BBQ.
