What's on the menu for everyone??

We're having a black bean, avocado and brown rice wrap and a fruit platter.

Not sure. But it will include vegetables!

Just got my first box or weekly organic vegetable delivery. Very excited. Need to decide if it is worth the $$ - AND the convenience. It hink I can get my family to branch out on trying more vegies this way! Sure is nice to get organic, local, and seasonal when available.

After I quit raising such a large garden, I was often tempted to try this, Erin - I'll be anxious to hear how you like it.

Tonight is T-bone steak, asparagus, and either baked potatoes or corn. Can't make up my mind.

Erin I keep thinking about doing that, but for 2 people with limited refrigeration space it just doesn't make sense. Maybe this year we can share and split the cost with the other work campers up here on "the hill".
