What's on the menu for all?

We're having a steak and oven fries, little salad - empty the fridge.

Leaving on the big trip tomorrow a.m. - getting overly excited here!

How exciting Jean! I bet you and Roy will have a wonderful time. How long do you think you will be on the road? Will you have internet and be able to post while you are traveling?

I am excited for dinner tonight. I am making Fried Rice! Clean out the fridge fried rice. I have some lovely shrimp to throw in there too. Just to make it more special.

I am contemplating making egg rolls, we will see how that goes. My hubby has to work today and the kids, cleaning and laundry are on my shoulders too, so I may not have the energy, or time to shop for that.

We have no idea how long and what directions we'll go. Yes, will be taking the laptop and also, try to finish one (of 5) cookbooks finally!!!!

I love fried rice - other than fritattas, it's my favorite for leftovers.

So excited for you, Jean! Finally, your dream is coming true. Safe travels.

We have theater tickets, so will probably have appies and cocktails while we are downtown.

I'm so excited for you, Jean! I can't wait to hear about all your destinations!

I have a lot to do here today, so dinner will probably be leftovers from William's lunch today.

Have fun Jean! So you'll be gone for T-Day?

Pulled some marinara and meatballs out of the freezer for spaghetti. Salad. No garlic bread - ate it all last night.

It's a Biscotti making day here, so we'll have leftover Beef Stew over noodles.
Practice safe lunch. Use a condiment.

Well I was going to make some BBQ ribs but the rain is really coming down. So flipping it up a bit and will bake them and change the seasonings to be Asian instead. A bit of jasmine rice and stir fied veggies should round it out nicely
