This is the Rocky Road Brownie on page 19. I served it for our Christmas dessert with ice cream and got rave reviews. I give it an 8.

This is the Cashew Chicken on page 48. It packs a little heat with 1T of chili garlic sauce, but it was delicious and so easy to make. This is a keeper and we rate it a solid 8.
