What's on the menu for today for everyone?

Another travel day to Carrabelle, FL = another island, so anxiuos to get there and see what's what. I made 4 of the wonderful truffle burger patties yesterday, so will use up the last two today. They were so good as a burger with Gruyere cheese.

Well, after a lot of manipulation, I got photobucket to work, but what a pain.

I am sure you can change the setting. I will try to find it for you. I have been playing around with the new Photobucket as of late. After a few days, I think I will like it!

Dinner tonight? Not sure yet...

I think I need to clean out my pantry. And maybe the freezer.

I think I'm going to make these slow cooker burritos again, but with chicken. Need to decide quickly if I'm going to make them beef or chicken.

Trixxee, those burritos cook excellent on the stove top, I don't even bother with the slow cooker anymore.

Karyn, could you let us know what you think of the stuffed chicken breasts? I made it before and in my notes I wrote that it is delicious, but too much work to make.

Tonight it's Cubano Chicken with mustard sauce and a hot Mango & Peppers for a side.

We got home too late to do the pizzas last night, so that's what we're having for dinner tonight.
