Tonight is the Jerk Fish Sandwich with Remoulade from one of the Grilling books. Craving fish lately, but we're skipping the pineapple. I wish I'd gotten some yucca - those hashbrowns would be really good with this, alas . . . I think a salad.
You only live once . . . but if you do it right once should be enough!
