What's on the menu for everyone today??

We're having a pizza party at my grandson's - sure to be a ball!! I'm trying a new dough and anxious to see how it works out.

(wish I had all the ingredients for Shrimp Creole............)

We are grilling a top sirloin (we never use this cut) and are marinating it for a few hours in this:

We have leftover chipotle mashed potatoes and I'll make a baby greens salad.

Prior to that I have to help Michael write a short essay comparing and contrasting MLK, Malcolm X and some radical named Carmichael. Fun times.
