We have two breasts left of the Zinnerman's chicken. I would like to use that today in some sort of a dish but I'm stumped. Somebody point me in the right direction

How's the weather there? If it's cold, how about chicken and cheese tortellini soup?

Or white chili? My daughter makes it all the time and I love it, but unfortunately, Ron prefers the traditional kind.

We will be having grilled burgers tonight with a cup of split pea soup. I have a double batch of "grandmother's bread" rising, so will make two small loaves and a couple of buns.

Trixxee, a great shortcut for that lasagna is to sauté the meat mixture and spoon it into the pan. It takes forever to roll those little 1/2 teaspoon meatballs. I also used sliced mozzarella instead of shredded.

Tonight we're having NY strip steak with brandy mushroom sauce and a side of asparagus ($1.99lb).

How many did that one chicken have? Was this some kind of mutant chicken?

Blane's mini meatball lasagna looked so good yesterday that I'm going to try it for the first time today. I already have my own marinara sauce defrosting so I won't be following the recipe exactly. Will just have to wear a glove on my right hand.
