Have to admit, I have never eaten kimchi and not sure I want to. But, the cheesey part looks good.

I'm scared of kimchi, just based on what I've read. I guess I need to get over that phobia.

FWIW, I had some very good Korean friends and tried the real thing (e.g. buried in the yard, etc.) It was all I expected and worse. It is super hot which automatically puts it in the no thanks category for me. However, I loved everything else they made and have enjoyed most of the Korean food I've had since then.
