Interestingly, the American owner of one restaurant, here (not one I've mentioned before) is a big fan of the movie The Three Amigos, so the name of his restaurant is "El Guapo's." LOL!

I agree with Jean. You don't know what you're missing until you try lefse! Just don't plan on making dinner that night. My mom used to say "food that sticks to your ribs."
