Best Pizzas!!

Piddle, I can't find the thread we were adding our favorite pizzas, so I'll start another thread....

Smoked Turkey-Pesto Pizza

My review - "We loved this pizza. Adding the fresh tomatoes at serving time added a bright flavor that only fresh tomatoes can. I would never have thought the combination of smoked turkey, pesto, and marinated artichokes would work, but it does - splendidly! a Chateau St. Michelle Riesling was a very good match, also."





Later, the turkey/cranberry pizza - hope it's as good or better and can be added to the list!

William would love the turkey!!!

Now I really regret not doing pizza for his birthday! But the cool thing about weekend birthdays....you have an excuse to celebrate all weekend!!!!

I was really disappointed in the Turkey-Cranberry pizza. I'm sure one of the reasons was it couldn't have compared to how good the Turkey-Pesto earlier in the day.

But, also, I think Jack was not a good choice for the cheese - it seemed to mute the other flavors. I'm thinking of trying it again with a goat cheese.



Wasn't bad, just didn't knock our socks off.
