What's for dinner for everyone today??

We're havng PB&J Ribs that Trixxee or Karyn (or both) mentioned the other day. Smoking them first thing this a.m. and a green salad.

Made a flatbrad for a snack last night with
apple butter
prosciutto
pear
gruyere
parm
black pepper
honey drizzle
toasted almonds

what a nice combination of flavors.

No idea we are wheels up in about an hour. So will probably grab something along the way

Well it's our anniversary so that means Steak 38 and that means a dozen Blue Point oysters for appetizer! And a really good filet to follow.
