Don't know if you get the weekly recipe mailings from Plate Online or not, but their first recipe in this week's line-up is Chinese Five-Spice Seared Scallops on Warm Asparagus Salad and Quail Egg.

Certainly not my kind of dish, but sounded perfect for you.

You have to be registered on their site to be able to get the recipe at the above link, but it's free and they have a LOT of good recipes.
If blueberry muffins have blueberries in them, what do vegan muffins have?
