I had 11 eggs about to expire (1 week before) so I boiled them up last Sunday for Hubby. He took two into work, then forgot every day afterward. So I've got 9 sitting in the fridge. ETA: What a ditz he is! Barbara

Well let me ask this. Has there been any recorded deaths from bad hard boiled eggs? I swear, he promises to take them to work and he loves a good hard boiled egg. I've had to throw out so much food because he "forgot". He's just one lazy <insert fave noun here>. Grrrr. Barbara
