I'm making an on-the-road-type - pesto chicken casserole.

I'm making Seafood Alfredo with Penne, a recipe that a friend made up. So simple and just as tasty as regular alfredo, but 1/2 the calories.

Tonight it's the pork au poivre from the new issue. I'm also making the thyme-gruyere potaoes and ASPARAGUS!
