Out of the Sandwich book going to make the roast beef paninis (have not made it before). I like the sound of the spread you make - mayo, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, horseradish, ketchup, cayenne.

You also pickled sweet cherry peppers on the sandwich. I will probably sub swiss for white cheddar since I already have that.

I'm feeling so darn good - I made Sourdough W.W. bread word for word of the recipe that will go into On The Road book and it is DONE!!!!
