Don't forget today is Review day for Blane's dinner. I bet it was good!

I'm finally home, so we're going to have Blane's birthday dinner tonight.

Awesome Karyn! I'll start the review around 3:30pm Pacific time.

Today I'm making one of our favorites, Southwestern tenderloin steaks with chipotle mashed potatoes and asparagus.

I managed to get a big breakfast, so I'll probably skip lunch and go for an early dinner. I discovered hospital Chick fil a closes at 4 pm. That's still early for dinner to me. So I'll probably hope for the best at the little cafe downstairs. Stuck here a week, so meals are going to be boring. There is a Chipotle Grill, along with some other interesting options, just up the street, so I may give that a shot before we leave.

The best dinner of the week - Oven-fried catfish and combo salad drizzled with a little balsamic. Did eat 8 oz (shame on us) but it was so good!!!!
