This is day 6 of 14 on this 'food regime' (I hate the word 'diet') :0
breakfast - eggs lunch - fruit salad dinner - steak, tomatoes, cucumbers, coffee (subbed with just one darn glass of wine!!!!) that's it.

Tony is still in San Diego so it's just leftovers. Chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy and sliced tomatoes.

Like Jean, I've realized that I gained a few pounds over the winter, so I'm scouring Cooking Light for ideas.
Tonight we're having Skillet Chicken Breast Aglio e Olio. I'll serve it with a green salad and quinoa. ▼

sounds good and sounds like a spicy piccata - I have an order of peppadews waiting at Tracie's, so think I'll keep this one for them. thanks Karyn.
