Thanks for the reminder, Trixxee!!! Set myself a reminder so I don't miss this one!

I'm thinking of keeping it simple again tonight with steaks, baked potatoes, and a salad.

The sammies look incredible!

Peter asked for chicken livers soooo...guess what he is having? I think I will make do with a salad of some sort (SURPRISE!!!!)

Shopping today and bought the ingredients for Karyn's pork tenderloin dish. May do this sometime next week.

Well, do you think I'm getting my money's worth out of the Horseradish Beets????????

Tacos Polacos
Linguine w/Horseradish Beets
Beet & Kraut salad with Honey-Mustard dressing
Red Flannel (fusion) Hash topped with an egg (today's dinner)
Red Flannel Hash quesadilla. (tomorrow's bubbly brunch)

Whew - that's it and I can't believe I'm not sick of it

Now, to decide which dessert to take to the pizza party tomorrow - the first since we've been back!!
MilkyWay Pecan pound cake
or
chocolate chip pumpkin muffins

Darn, have to go to the store for either one, so hard to make up my mind.

AND, the chance of a Tripple Crown Winner tomorrow!!!!

Jean, did you see the FB post from Food 52 yesterday where they were talking about beet cured salmon? Have you ever heard of that?

We decided to have a light dinner with BLT's tonight because we are going to Severance Hall for a concert. Graham Nash is performing with the Cleveland Youth Orchestra. They are just amazing young people and have had other concerts like this with famous musicians. They are on youtube if anyone is interested. Severance Hall is just a beautiful old building that was restored in recent years. Here are some pics.
