We're repeating the wonderful Salmon Sandwiches we had yesterday - I'll be posting the ingredients for this winner tomorrow.

I've been in CA for a week so happy to be home. Rainy on and off today so I thawed a chicken. Will grill the legs and thighs tonight and do chicken tortilla soup tomorrow night with the breast meat.

I am so looking forward to stew season
