Finishing up leftovers here. Using the peanut sauced wings (and a little extra sauce) with pasta sure turned out teasty.

I'm going to swing by El Pollo Loco when I pick Michael up from school and pick up a grilled chicken family meal.

I'm making the brie stuffed pork tenderloin again. ▼
I still haven't made that pork tenderloin recipe. If you're making it again so soon, Blane, it must be awesome!
Tonight's dinner is a chicken, cherry pepper, and garlic saute. I'm serving it over cauliflower rice for me and brown rice for John. Green beans on the side. Quote: I cannot believe how expensive it has gotten. 10 pieces of chicken with 3 sides (I would have been fine with two) was $30! Oh well, at least Michael ate some of it and Tony has a lunch to take tomorrow. ▼

Dinner was great! And leftover large fresh ground sausage links ready for fresh bread and mustard for lunch tomorrow! YUM!!
