So, I have never made this lovely dessert and am going to make one tomorrow. I found a recipe to use, but if anyone has one that is "foolproof" please post it with any advice related to baking it. I know it's suppose to be a summer dessert, but someone requested it...

Pavlova Mare749 So, I have never mad...
Well, I have 3 versions - Roxanne's, Tricia's and Quietwolf's (J.R.'s) - but, I've not made any of them. These 3 I would trust.

Dale's?? uhhhh, not so much, but Lorraine says it works.
Good Luck and let us know.

As mentioned in the other pavlova post, Roxanne's is the clear winner. However, I will be making individual portions rather than one big one. Thanks, Roxanne!
