I have one piece of Sweet Garlic chicken left and it makes such great pizza, but I have to get some dough made....so, not sure what we'll have today. I do have one more container of Split Pea and Ham left.....

For lunch I'm making a new grilled cheese sandwich recipe called 'The Caribbean Grill' from issue #52. Dinner is the bistro sandwich with the fried bread from the post Jean made yesterday. It's sandwich day here.

Trixxee, here's a copy/paste of the ingredients. I'm going to make my own honey mustard because I don't have any. Thanks to your FB comment, dinner tonight has changed to leftover chow mein.

3/4 cup mango, diced
1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
2 T. red onion, diced
1 T. fresh lime juice
1/2 t. kosher salt
Pinch of sugar
Pepper to taste
FOR THE SANDWICH—
COMBINE; SPREAD ON:
3 T. butter, room temperature
1 T. curry powder
8 slices Italian bread
SPREAD, LAYER, AND GRILL:
1/4 cup prepared honey mustard
Mango Salsa
8 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced

Between Barbara's chicken with white wine sauce and Blane's sandwiches, I've got some new recipes to try! They both sound delicious!!

We're going out for pizza and cocktails.

Wow, one of those days when everything sounds so good. We are having rib-eye steaks, baked potatoes, and asparagus.
