The brown sugar steak #56

Has anyone tried this yet?? I made it a couple weeks ago and found it to be one of the few recipes from the magazine that I was disappointed in. I can find better ways to eat sugar.

Maybe someone else had a better experience.

I fixed this a few weeks back. It was okay, but close to the bottom of the list for me. I wouldn't eat it without the vinegar based sauce to go with. It had kind of a weird flavor to me. I guess it was the "burned" brown sugar. It definitely wasn't the WORST thing I've ever fixed.....but I don't know that I would fix it again.
