Alina, I'm pretty sure we all decided that your typical staples are allowed. Seasonings and things like onions, etc. that we all keep on hand are allowed. Think Chopped, if you are familiar with the show. At least that is what I remember. It's been a while since I've participated in one of these. Hopefully, somebody will come on and confirm this.
