I finally made a meal plan. Now we'll see if I stick to it! LOL! Tonight is Ginger Chipotle Glazed Baby Back Ribs with corn-on-the-cob and slaw....FINALLY!

That's been my problem Daphne, sticking to my menu plan. Last week was really bad. I made only two dinners that were actually on the menu.
 That looks great Trixxee, copied and saved. Tonight I'm making Chinese almond chicken, AGAIN!! Love it! ▼
I've also been terrible at sticking to my plans. I too think I made 2 things last week that I said I was going to make.

We pigged out on carnitas tacos at our favorite Taqueria in Wenatchee . . . the thought of dinner is a little meh right now. (we stopped at a little market in Quincy and found beautiful fresh blue corn tortillas . . . might inspire something although I'm thinking fish. We've got some cod in the freezer . . . well
 Fish tacos! ! That was a short trip between beer battered fish & chips and fish tacos.
You only live once . . . but if you do it right once should be enough!
