Wow, did you make those today? Looks good!
I have a recipe sitting on my desk waiting to be tried. It's for a coffee marinade and you put a sirloin roast in it overnight. Then it's "roasted" on the grill. Not sure why we haven't done it yet, except that I'm just not sure about the flavors.

Have you ever tried my Cinnamon-Coffee rub? June Jacobs used it for a chicken recipe when she was in France dong her thesis.
It's so good. So, if I were you I wouldn't be afraid to try what you have on your desk.
Cinnamon-Coffee Rub
1 tablespoon ground Saigon cinnamon
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
2 teaspoons cocoa powder (not Dutch process)
2 cloves garlic -- very finely chopped
