I think this trend is really interesting – I know I loved the time I was doing Personal Chef work – the creativity and scope of what the customers allowed me was always new and exciting. But, as Chef Caprial says, "By 30, you woke up and you felt 80." But she admits, "There's a ghost feeling that's still there. The farther away you get from it, the more romantic it is." I still get pangs when I read posts on the C2C forum about the grind.
