Wow!  It's the first week in June already.  BBQ weather is here and the days are getting longer.

What does everyone have on their menu for this week?

The first week of the month here is crazy with everyone paying their rent and all kinds of interruptions so tonight is easy; baked potatoes, leftover BBQ (Instant Pot) ribs and leftover veggies from the weekend (stir fried green beans and fresh shitake mushrooms, and broccoli).

Between all the interruptions today I got a double batch of sous vide cherry infused bourbon done and 3 rib eye steaks pre-cooked for the grill tomorrow!

Please share what you've got going on in your kitchens. Tongue

Tonight, I'm grilling a rib-eye to use on a Bistecca steak ciabatta sandwich, and a Bistecca steak romaine salad for my wife.

We had high hopes, grilled rib eyes, pasta with a garlic scape pesto (thank you Chef Jean for addicting me), and fresh beets.  A business meeting took care of that!  Gluten free pizza.  Sigh.

Your dinner sounds so good!

Pizza was your plan B? You're awesome Sharon. Big Grin

Tonight is another Cuisine at Home Recipe, from issue #61, Southwestern Tenderloin Steaks with chipotle mashed potatoes and lime crema. It also has sautéed spinach, grape tomatoes, and a parsley-lemon compound butter.
This is the last time that I made it. It is sooo delicious.

It was a doctored frozen gluten free 4 meat pizza.

Tonight - grilled rib eye steaks, tomatoes in a balsamic vinaigrette, and in an homage to Jean - fresh homemade fettuccini with an Elephant Garlic Pesto.  Yum!  Thank you, Jean, for introducing us to garlic scapes!  Heart

Dinner was served with a A.O.P. Minervois from Benjamin Darnault winery. Yum.

Wow, I love when Blane posts pix of his meals! Yum.

Tonight we are having Grilled Sausage and Pepper Panzanella from Cuisine issue #105, but it will be over mixed greens. We're still nervous about eating romaine and it's not very plentiful in our stores anyway. Not sure where it's coming from.

Thank you Maryann. Wasn't that Panzanella a birthday challenge recipe?

Tonight I'm making Chicken Satay with peanut sauce and Jasmine rice. Asparagus also. Big Grin

That sounds good Maryann!  So does your's Blaine!

We wound up in an impromptu cocktail meeting with the owners so all dinner plans went out the window!

Nachos are on the menu.  Sigh . . . I had such great plans!

It's good to see some activity!  Thank you both. Heart Heart

Tonight we are cooking Deluxe Cheeseburgers with Lettuce, Tomato, and Green Pepper.

We just got a new Weber Q and I am totally digging this cute little grill! (can anyone see my picture?)

How the heck do you add pictures? I guess I have completely forgotten!
